Middle Project Manager (offline)

Main requirements:

— Working experience: 2 + year;
— Knowledge of project management tools, Agile methodologies;
— Understanding of SDLC;
— Experience in requirements analyzing, planning the project scope, distribution of the work between team;
— Experience in working with US/European companies;
— Upper-Intermediate or higher level of spoken and written English is a must;
— Strong personality with good negotiation skills;
— Proactive.

As a plus:

— Experience leading a project team of 7+ people;
— Previous experience as a Business Analyst and/or QA;
— Completed Project management IT courses.

Responsibilities:

— Participation in requirements gathering;
— Maintenance project documentation;
— Stories/tasks creation and details fulfillment;
— The organization, planning of resources, and coordination of teamwork;
— Participation in meetings with Top Management team, project status reporting;
— Helping with risk, change, and scope management;
— Tracking the tasks’ and projects’ statuses.
