Senior Project Manager (offline)

We are looking for a passioned Project Manager Lead to join our team in Kyiv. We work with some top tier clients like Google or COTY and really looking for a person driven by customer success who has a proven track record of working with relevant context.

Required skills:

4 years+ experience as Project Manager in an outsourcing company
Strong understanding of the software development life cycle (and be able to explain it to clients)
Knowledge of Scrum, Kanban
Proactive and self-motivated
Find decisions on non-standard tasks
Able to hold a literate communication with a client
Strong analytical skills
Strong negotiation skills
English language level should be C1(Advanced)
Proven track record working with the US market and understanding US business culture

As a plus:

University graduate (preferably in Computer Sciences or a related tech field)
PMI/PMP certification
Working abroad experience

Responsibilities:

Work with requirements from the customer’s side
Create project plans and estimations (pre-sale or during the project)
Make an analysis of possible risks and manage them
The leadership of the project team
Pay attention to resource planning
Always pay attention to the project’s pulse
Create workflows and documents
