Project Manager (offline)

Required skills:
- 4+ years experience as Project Manager
- Strong understanding of the software development life cycle (and be able
to explain it to clients)
- Knowledge of Scrum, Kanban
- Proactive and self-motivated
- Find decisions to non-standard tasks
- Able to hold a literate communication with a client
- Strong analytical skills
- Strong negotiation skills
- English language level should be at least Upper-Intermediate

As a plus:
- University graduate (preferably in Computer Sciences or a related tech
field)
- PMI/PMP certification
- Working abroad experience
- Proven track record working with US market and understanding US
business culture

Responsibilities:
- Work with requirements from the customer’s side
- Create project plans and estimations (pre-sale or during the project)
- Make an analysis of possible risks and manage them
- Facilitate working process in teams
- Pay attention to resource planning when needed
- Always pay attention to the project’s pulse
- Create workflows and documents
