We are looking for a Business Development Manager to join our team in Kharkiv.

● Develop long-term relationships with new clients and ensuring potential customers are successful in providing services.
● Control and set up a new process of lead generation.
● Qualify and disqualify leads, consistently meet, and exceed sales goals by delivering values-aligned, sales qualified leads.
● Effectively lead sales negotiations with new clients.
● Effectively use sales tools and dashboards to track, optimize, and automate the business development process.

● Solid understanding of the IT industry, market knowledge.
● Being able to understand the main client needs.
● 2+ years in the IT industry.
● Great communication skills
● Advanced written and spoken English.
● Excellent negotiation skills.
● Personal interest in client service and client success.
● Good relationship building skills.
● excellent prioritization and task management skills.
● Being attentive to details.
