— Lead customer success department (hire, manage and motivate);
— Improve customer lifetime value (LTV);
— Develop new channels for interaction with users (chat, messengers, phone, etc...);
— Improve the team’s KPI;
— Develop ways for support processes automatization;
— Train newcomers and prepare tutoring materials;
— Be a true leader by motivating the team and making the working atmosphere productive and comfortable for everyone;
— Work closely with COO to ensure users’ needs are heard.
— English (advanced level).
—Experience in iGaming marketing..
— 2+ years experience in managing medium (5-10) support teams (B2C);
— Previous experience as a support agent (front-line);
— Excellent communication and writing skills;
— You know how to make both your clients and your team happy and satisfied.
— Be ready for extensive training starting from the support department theory of work to Sotswiss's platform :)
