Technical Sales Business Analyst (offline)
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
- Excellent listening, communication and presentation skills.
- Familiarity with project management solutions a plus.
- A solid technical background and understanding sales process.
- Working experience with MS Windows and MS IIS.
- Understanding of relevant technologies and concepts related to SQL and DevOps.
- Analytical and good in problem-solving.
- Resilient and tenacious.
Responsibilities:
- Identifies current and future customer solution requirements by establishing personal rapport with potential and actual customers and other persons in a position to understand service requirements.
- Provides product, service, or equipment technical and engineering information by answering questions and requests.
- Prepares high-level effort estimates for Professional Services by studying blueprints, plans, and related customer documents; consulting with engineers, architects, and other professional and technical personnel.
- Provide knowledge transfer to customer's staff by providing technical information and training where appropriate.
- Know technical details concerning how our software works and what problems it solves for our clients.
- Create new sales and marketing strategies that target B2B customers and positions our products as the best solutions for prospective clients.
- Lead RFP responses, engaging other company resources to help as needed, and ensuring that the RFP is completed on time.
- Make technical presentations, overcome technical blockers and demonstrate how a product will meet client needs.
