Customertimes is looking for a Product Owner with experience in Pharma/Life science industry who can act as a Subject Matter Expert on this topic.
Subject matter expert in Pharma/Life science industry to participate in building industrial Centre of excellence.
Industrial CoE consists of
— List of processes covered by industry;
— Marketing materials, covering processes, company approach to implement them (from different practices) and relevant case studies;
— Set of accelerators, which could be presented to a customer during sales cycle and easily reused by new project;
— Set of training programs for new sales team members and for new technical experts;
— Regular user groups to develop and accumulate deeper business and technical expertise.
— Tightly work with the Sales team to support presales cycle from industrial best practices standpoint;
— Identify possible valuable PoCs and manage implementation process;
— Organize and lead user groups related to specific industry, to collect, share and validate knowledge coming from PMs/AMs/Leads of different projects;
— Identify and manage releases of technical accelerators.
— Overhead projects, related to corresponding industry, to ensure industrial best practices;
— Actively participate in customer communication during presales cycle;
— Take part in advisory service stream;
— Applying subject expertise in evaluating customer business operations and processes;
— Identifying areas where technical solutions would improve customer business performance;
— Consulting across customer business operations, providing mentorship, and contributing specialized knowledge.
— Strong Pharma/Life science industry knowledge and ability to act as a Subject Matter Expert on this topic;
— Ability to solve complex, functional and analytical problems;
— Experience working in the digital or IT domain in the Pharma/Life science industry;
— At least 3 years’ experience in business analysis or a related field;
— Excellent documentation skills;
— Fundamental analytical and conceptual thinking skills;
— Experience creating detailed reports and giving presentations;
— Leadership skills and the ability to motivate people in the right direction;
— Solid knowledge of Agile/Lean product development practices and have experience working in Scrum teams;
— Great communication skills and the ability to successfully navigate impediments or changed requirements.
