Sales manager (offline)
Our client is a Marketing Agency that is a passionate group of visionaries, creative technologists, strategists, makers and doers who are dedicated to discovering new ways of creating connections between brands and consumers. From big ideas to working prototypes, our client is always looking for the best way to bring any project from startup concepts to big ideas, our team is there to make it a success!
Working Hours: 2pm to 11pm/ Kyiv time
Working Days: Monday-Friday
Holidays: American Public Holidays as per the contract
Vacation Days: 18 working days after 6 months
Profile/Responsibilities
Dedicated and not afraid to deal with rejection or fast-paced
environment
Great organizational skills
Analytical mindset and comfortable with working in sales environment
Customer-driven attitude and ability to deal with objections on the spot
Approachable and customer-oriented attitude
Advanced or Fluent spoken and written English that is on par with communication with the USA. Must also be able to communicate and understand the mentality and find a common synergy
Can work on tasks as an individual or with the team and strive for results
Any technical skills that a candidate must possess?
Comfortable with Google Calendar/Zoom
Previous experience of working with a CRM is a plus
Comfortable with LinkedIn and Sales Navigator
Primary Responsibilities Will Include
Lead Generation on LinkedIn, outreach, messaging and cold calling prospects
Conducing live demos and following up with the post-sales process
Follow up with leads and maintain all data in the CRM
Quick follow up with the client in regards to duties or working on tasks assigned.
