We are looking for UX designer for AI/ML-based solution which helps Virgin, Nestle, Adidas, J&J, Uber, Nissan, Shell, HSBC and other top brands to automate the creation of marketing creatives, analyze performance data and discover insights, grow revenue & increase customer satisfaction.

Project: The solution helps big global brands to automate the creation of marketing creatives with help of AI/ML, configure advertising campaigns in buying platforms (Google, Facebook and more), analyze performance data and discover insights, optimize performance, grow revenue & increase customer satisfaction. Through AI, creative can be reformatted at speed and scale, and automatically edited to suit the location and audience it is intended for, saving production costs and ensuring relevance.
Building technology for smart advertising solutions is one of the biggest modern challenges that currently exist. Making ads to be more efficient, more relevant & less intrusive will benefit both advertisers and users. By collecting and analyzing (big) data on user reaction to the creatives, the platform learns & provides the most relevant creatives for each user segment (audience).
The product is used by Virgin, Nestle, Adidas, J&J, Uber, Nissan, Shell, HSBC and other top brands.

Requirements:
Experience of designing UX for products with complex business logic
Competence in user research and testing
Proficiency with UI design tools (e.g. Sketch/Figma/Invision)
Familiarity with interaction design and information architecture
Fluent English

— Experience with Digital Marketing (MarTech) or Advertising (AdTech) products

Responsibilities:
— Work with the Head of Product Design and Product Managers, and the wider internal team, to gather requirements for new features and feature enhancements for the product
— Own the product UX design process and work end to end: research user needs, design the workflows and deliver the user experience design solution for the UI as prototypes and high fidelity wireframes
— Work closely with engineers to keep them involved in the design process, to communicate the designs effectively and to support them as they build and release
