Senior Golang Engineer (offline)

Responsibilities include:
• Understand customer requirements and business objectives
• Passion for learning
• Work with industry vetted design patterns
• Ensure quality and consistency in development through testing and documentation

• Provide assistance with technical issues
• Revise existing systems and suggest improvements
• Support and Maintain existing systems.
Requirements:
Must Have
• Experience building web applications
• Experience with Postgres, and Oracle relational database technology
• Experience writing tests
• Experience with GitHub or other source control technology
• Experience in Go.
• Experience working with Redis
• Experience working with remote teams
• Works well within a team and individually
• Experience working with distributed systems
• Experience building highly scalable, highly available RESTful web services
• Experience with Docker
• Experience with Kafka
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Nice to Have:
• Experience working on accounting software.
• Experience working in an agile environment.
• Experience with collaborative programming.
• Experience with highly concurrent (millions of users) systems.
