We are looking for a Business Analyst to be a part of our team in Ukraine, offering an opportunity to work on scalable distributed applications built by using cutting edge technologies and services.

Project description:
Converged Management Platform improving service delivery across integrated voice, data, video, and UC applications, by providing critical performance information to executives and technical resources.


YOU ARE
The candidate has the following skills and abilities:
At least 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst;
Strong understanding of different BA techniques;
Experience with Scrum/Agile-based methodologies;
Communication and presentation skills;
Critical thinking and problem-solving skills;
Upper-intermediate or higher level of English.


YOU WANT TO WORK WITH
Determining business requirements focusing on the solution;
Setting up rules for requirements workflow, prioritization, the definition of done and ready;
Conducting requirements elicitation sessions;
Development and design team helping them to understand the requirements, and find the best technical solution;
Suggesting design options or improvements in collaboration with UI/UX designer;
Specifying and documenting functional and non-functional requirements to the appropriate level of details;
Communicating to the client on regular basis to identify their needs and key business requirements as well as priorities;
Participate in project coordination including estimation and planning;
Prepare and conduct demo meetings.
