Business Development Manager (offline)

Required skills
— Proven sales records
— Advanced English (fluency in German or French as a second foreign language will be a big plus).
— Excellent communication and management skills.

Responsibilities
— Participate in developing a sales strategy.
— Reach out to prospective clients and partners, identify their needs and clearly communicate our value to them.
— Elaborate and present to the clients relevant technical solutions (together with the engineering team).
— Manage cooperation terms negotiations to ensure sustainable economics for both parties.
— Cooperate effectively with the production team to ensure a smooth onboarding and excellent execution of the projects.
