About you:
You will work remotely, have a flexible schedule and will be asked to participate in calls/virtual meetings with other recruiters to align and benefit from the teamwork and team network.

You are a self-driven person, who is able to manage priorities, you are result-oriented, resilient and a good team player. You have a strong network and work with integrity.

Responsibilities:
- Recognize and strive to meet the client's hiring needs
- Search for potential candidates using own network, hiring databases and social media
- Assess applications and resumes
- Screen applicants before the technical interviewing process

Requirements:
- Knowledge and understanding of recruiting and sourcing techniques
- Good understanding of IT job market
- Good level of English
- Experience in candidate selection, interviewing
- Experience in the direct search and headhunting
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Well-organized
- Excellent with prioritization and time-management

Compensation:
We have a simple and effective bonus scheme based on job offers made.
