WebUI Engineer with React (offline)

At this moment, the SoftServe team is working with more than 20 different subprojects/products for this client. Our customer is a technically mature company with huge expertise and innovative approach, widely using new technologies existing on the market (big data, analytics, etc.).

We work with a talented and experienced team to build a world-class Front End platform, shared components, Node services, and maintaining a healthy and scalable codebase. Our team is defining the future of the product frontend, and projects can vary from going deep into JavaScript bundler internals, building common observability tooling and working on improving the performance and re-building our frontend architecture.

YOU ARE
An expert in modern Front End performance metrics and monitoring, a Software Engineer with solid experience and knowledge in the following technologies
JavaScript and React
React testing library
Redux
Html, Css
Styled components
Web protocols data flow and performance optimizations
Agile/Scrum experience
Intermediate+ English level
Leadership skill, which is a plus point
Ability to work independently will little supervision and low bug/regression counts
Customer focus and Client orientation skills
Creative problem solving, strong debugging and troubleshooting skills
Result and detail orientation
Willingness to learn new technologies and language

YOU WANT TO WORK WITH
Software systems of medium-to-large scope and complexity
Front End architectures — SPA, SSR, Micro-frontends, etc.
Front End software development — JavaScript, React, etc.
A data-driven approach (experiment and measure)
Modern testing tools (e.g. Jest, Sinon, Cypress)
Continuous delivery and infrastructure as code (Front End DevOps)

TOGETHER WE WILL
Be engaged in changing customer products
Improve accessibility, by simplifying the use of products for people with disabilities
Be a great collaborator, with the ability to inspire change across multiple teams
Work with a geographically distributed team
