IT Recruiter/HR manager (offline)
Necessary skills:
✔ At least 2 years of proven experience in HR-ing for IT company;
✔ At least 2 years of experience in recruiting in the IT industry in product, outsourcing, outstaffing companies or recruitment agencies.
✔ Understanding of software development lifecycle;
✔ Good written and spoken communication skills
✔ Upper intermediate english level
Job responsibilities:
✔ To take the Recruiting initiatives & to conduct full-cycle recruiting;
✔ Support HR-related processes (adaptation, performance review, probation period control, etc.);
