Skills
— At least 1 year of experience as a technical sourcer, recruiter, or a related role. If you don’t have such experience, please write us why do you think you are you have a chance to become a rockstar in staffing domain
— Broad knowledge of the IT world: programming languages, web technologies, software development processes
— Strong English skills are essential. Other languageі will be a HUGE plus.
— Outstanding communication and networking skills
— Excellent negotiation skills
— Effective time-management and organisational abilities
— Advanced skills of MS Office, G-Suite, etc.
— Pro bono, social activities, students organisation or similar experience is essential

— Manage candidate interview schedule
— Develop social media and professional networks to interact with potential candidates
— Maintain the ATS.
— Nurture talent pipelines for future hiring needs.
— Taking part in the product development
