Основні задачі:
- пошук, відбір та співбесіда з кандидатом, тобто все, що стосується залучення потрібного спеціаліста в компанію;
- адаптація персоналу;
- формування кадрової політики та корпоративної культури;
- організація навчання, атестації персоналу;
- побудова та підтримка внутрішньої комунікації;
- контроль виконання планів розвитку персоналу;
- ведення кадрового діловодства;
- організація корпоративних заходів, тімбілдінгів.

Буде великим плюсом робота з вакансіями на Magento, Java, Laravel, JS.
