Customer Support Engineer (offline)

Requirements:

— Linux shell;
— MySQL;
— Bug Tracking Systems (Youtrack, Jira, etc);
— HTML & CSS;
— Intermediate English.

Responsibilities:

— Provide technical support for our customers on chat, email;
— Collaborate with the development team on issues escalation;
— System monitoring.

Will be a plus:

— Practical knowledge of JavaScript;
— Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively;
— Ability to work independently.
