IT Researcher/ Sourcer (offline)
Responsibilities:
Work with different search channels: from job portals to technical sites and social networks;
CV screening according to vacancies requirements and provision to recruiters
Various market analysis, researches, related reports (Ukraine, Belarus and other countries);
Maintenance of databases, preparing recruitment reports
Monitoring the relevance of vacancies on job portals and reporting problems, if any, to recruiters.
Requirements:
Reliable IT industry knowledge, including an understanding of relevant tech skills and roles, target companies, conferences, open-source communities, etc.
At least an Intermediate level of English;
Experience in sourcing;
Knowing how to use such social networks and search platforms as GitHub, Stack Overflow, Twitter, Kaggle, Facebook, Telegram, Slack, etc;
Highly responsible and motivated person;
Strong networking skills.
