Your responsibilities:
* Management of a support team (frontline client technical support (all over the world) - understand the issue, reassure the customer, providing solutions, communicate with developers, and report on the resolution)
* Implementation of metrics to track the level of quality
* Cooperation with marketing and development teams
* Hiring new employees to a support team
* Create and develop human relationships with our users
* Work on the EEST time zone (without shifts or night hours).
Job requirements
From your side:
* At least 3 years of experience in communication with the clients in the IT-sphere (it could be less if you are enthusiastic and eager)
* Management experience in the Customer Support area (it's perfect if you have experience building such department from scratch)
* Very clear and effective verbal and written communication of technical content in English;
* Flexible, growth mindset with a focus on problem-solving
* You are a self-starter: you don't wait for tasks to be assigned, but find, communicate, report, collaborates and fix on your own;
* You are friendly from the heart: really enjoy talking with our customers and improve our inverse relationship
* Commitment: a strong personal commitment to quality service.
