Senior Technical Writer (offline)

Responsibilities
* Write and maintain high-level user documentation for Neu.ro in English and Russian (see https://docs.neu.ro and https://docs.neu.ro/v/russian/, respectively).
* Write and maintain technical references of product interfaces in English:
- core CLI (see https://docs.neu.ro/references/cli-reference),
- Python API (see https://neuromation-sdk.readthedocs.io/en/latest/),
- additional CLI packages (yet to be written).
* [Optional] Write blog posts about the platform features and use-cases in English and Russian.

Requirements
* 1+ years of experience in writing technical documentation in Russian and English
* Ability to read and understand Python code
* Experience in working with Git and Markdown
* Good communication skills
* Technical Russian and English at an advanced level
