Portuguese Customer Support Agent (offline)

Canadian product company that develops and support of a business management system for small and medium wellness studios like fitness, dancing, music schools, etc. 180 people worldwide / 23 people is Kharkiv office.
Now we are looking for Portuguese Customer Support Agent to Kharkiv office.
Main responsibilities:
- Addressing business customer requests (tickets, calls)
- Escalate feature requests and bug reports to the appropriate team
- Ensuring customers' satisfaction
Requirements:
• Upper-intermediate level of English or higher
• Upper-intermediate level of Portuguese
• Common Sense
• Analytical & Research Skills
• Focus on Details
*There is an entrance test
Will be a great plus:
- Foreign Languages Bachelor degree is preferred, but not necessary;
- Experience as a Customer Support agent
