Operations Analyst (Contractor) (offline)

Requirements

Higher education in Finance, Analysis or similar areas
Excellent spoken and written English, Ukrainian and Russian language skills
Excellent PC skills (Advanced Excel, Google Docs, PowerPoint)
Excellent Communication & Interpersonal Skills
Experience in working with different ERP and CRM systems
Ability to learn and understand different business processes and SLAs
Ability to cope with different challenges
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Strong planning and organizational skills

Responsibilities
Statistics reports preparation using different ERP and CRM systems
Business reports preparation
Reports analysis and segregation based on different criteria
Summary presentations preparation for executive review (ppt view)
Tracking and enforcing actions needed to comply with business processes SLAs
