Technical Project Manager (offline)
We are looking for a proactive Senior Technical Project Manager who will manage the project on the US market. You are going to absolutely love us because it’s difficult not to. We’ll support your decisions and give the wide capability to implement any solutions that are valuable.
Requirements:
— Proven experience of written and verbal communication with English-speaking clients is a must
— At least 4 years of experience in software project management
— Proven experience in software development: HTML/JS/PHP
— Understanding the importance of project budgets and code quality
— Experience in Customer relations management, Requirements management, Risk management, Change-request management
— Experience in leading several projects simultaneously
— Participation in People Management
— Participation with Product/Sprint Backlog.
Would be a plus:
— Knowledge or experience as a Business Analyst or Technical Writer
— Knowledge of latest trends in web/mobile development technologies and tools
— Working with projects: React, RoR
— Practical experience in QA/Testing
Responsibilities:
— Initiate projects: work with project estimates. Discuss technical solution, advice and consult clients on the best choice
— Plan: come up with a Project Plan which includes priorities, milestones, and deliverables
— Execute: perform change management; perform risk management; manage project resources; provide status updates on the project progress to the client. Adjust to the client’s business process and infrastructure
— Control: check current project progress and metrics with planned metrics. Track project metrics and adjust the project plan
— Leadership and team development
— Teams/project risk management.
