Content Producer (offline)

A newly founded Health & Fitness company is looking for a Content Producer.

Our mission at Muze is to make healthy lifestyle addictive by combining a unique fitness methodology with motivational style of Emotional AI coach.

We are partnering with Palta (known for MSQRD, Flo Health, Prisma Labs, wannaby, VOIR, etc.), which helps us grow faster by getting support and mentorship from the world-class experts & founders.

*You'll contribute by:*
- generate informative, engaging, and persuasive content
- support digital content creation process
- create new and engaging features via photos, videos and pictures and keep the app fresh with the content
- test and validate new content approaches using qualitative and quantitative methods
- manage and maintain editorial and development workflows
- document and develop project plans
- provide regular status reports to management
- be a part of Agile-based and distributed team (Munich/Minsk/Kiev)
- bring own ideas to shape the future of Muze AI Fitness Coach

*We expect that you have:*
- at least 1 year of experience (artistic and audiovisual production) preferably in companies with the core audience located in the US
- you are an excellent communicator
- proactive thinking, reliability, stress resistance, flexibility
- understanding of agile delivery principles
- ability to meet deadlines
- excellent English – both spoken and written
- ready for business trips

*Beneficial skills:*
- experience working as an producer
- experience working in a world-known publishing house or an online media
- experience in living or working abroad (US, UK)
