Training and Development Manager (offline)

We are looking for someone with:

• Previous T&D or L&D working experience;
• Effective learning and development methods knowledge;
• Excellent understanding of IT domain and its peculiarities;
• Outstanding people and communication skills.

What you will be doing:

• Create and align training and learning strategy with company's goals;
• Create and implement leadership development and succession plans together with hr team;
• Create IDP's together with hr team;
• Develop and implement training programs according to peoples' IDP's;
• Systemize external and internal trainings conduction;
• Competence center concept creation together with all stakeholders.
