Support maintenance engineer (L3) (offline)

About the project:
Our customer provides third-party benefits administration services in the United States. The company offers BizPlanNOW and AgriPlanNOW medical reimbursement programs that enable micro business owners to deduct federal, state, and self-employment taxes for family medical costs. It also provides services in the areas of various group products, including ACA employer reporting, COBRA, ERISA, FlexSystem, FMLA, funded HRA, GiveBack, HIPAA Compliance, HRA, HAS, Medicare, non-discrimination testing, PayPath, PCORI, retiree billing, and transit and parking. Total Administrative Services Corporation was formerly known as Insurance Center Administrators and changed its name to Total Administrative Services Corporation in 1995. The company was founded in 1975 and is headquartered in Madison, Wisconsin.

Technology stack on the project: Angular Typescript, NodeJS (TypeScript), AWS Lambda, AWS Aurora (MySQL), AWS Cognito, SQL.

Responsibilities:
- Support the existing system;
- Provide bug fixing: data fixes (SQL/JS scripts for fixing data in the DB) and code fixes (for bugs found during investigation and analysis);
- Initiate all different proactive aspects that can be done before things are broken;
- Serves the management team by providing a clear representation of the status.

Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience as a software developer or support maintenance engineer;
- Experience with JavaScript and SQL;
- Troubleshooting skills;
- Good communication skills;
- Good written and spoken English.
