Site manager (offline)

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Taking full responsibility for the site;
- Strategic and day-to-day 360” management;
- Communications with Israel and UA management;
- Management of all the operational processes;
- R&D high level management;
- Budgeting, planning and timescale control;
- Negotiations and reporting;
- Mentoring the project managers and team leaders;
- People management;
- Site development;
- Current problem solving, including administrative and personnel issues;

REQUIREMENTS
- Solid relevant experience in multinational business environment;
- Deep understanding of operational processes;
- Profound understanding of the project and process management principles;
- High level of diplomacy and professionalism;
- Result-oriented approach;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Experience in managing R&D teams;
- Fluent level of English;
