DevOps (offline)

Responsibilities:
System monitoring and outage recovery
Perform configuration, maintenance and operation of distributed software systems,
Take part in designing, developing and deploying systems automation
Work with high availability / high performance systems
Take part in system support, upgrades, and system hardening
Participate in documentation of incidents and outages


Required skills

General computer Literacy
Strong Shell/Command line scripting experience
Understanding of networking
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Basic understanding of FTP, HTTP
Understanding of XML and JSON
File systems, sharing, permissioning, administration
Experience administering Windows and Linux servers is a strong plus
Basic Python scripting is a plus
Good English, written and verbal
Basic knowledge of US Equity (stock) markets or any kind of trading experience is a strong plus
Self-organized, detail-oriented
striving for new knowledge
high level of responsibility
ability to make decisions independently and promptly
ability to find non-standard solutions in critical situations

Shift work required (weekly), rotating shift schedule with shifts 9.00-18.00, 11:00-20:00 and 18:00 to 03:00 (once every 5-6 weeks).
