Junior QA Engineer for CRM Stream (offline)
β Service monitoring;
β Investigate and process of incidents;
β Analyze logs with monitoring tools;
β Support up monitoring for servers and services;
β SLA tracking of production issues.
Essential professional experience:
β 1+ years of proven relevant experience (Support/QA);
β Following full Incident management workflow;
β Communicating with customer support;
β Experience with monitoring tools (Grafana);
β Experience with logging tools (ELK stack: ElasticSearch, Kibana);
β Business incident investigation and follow up;
β Reproducing and resolve of incidents;
β SLA tracking;
β Assisting with Problem management;
β Proactive service monitoring.
Desirable skills and personal features:
β Understanding/Experience QA testing;
β Knowledge of GitLab;
β Knowledge of Kafka;
β Strong troubleshooting skills;
β Strong communication skills;
β Self-motivated, well-organized and team player;
β Experience monitoring micro services.
