Middle/Senior Angular Software Engineer (ID 56431) (offline)

WE ARE
Our customer is a diversified resource company committed to responsible mining and mineral development with business units focused on steelmaking coal, copper, zinc, and energy. Headquartered in Vancouver, British Columbia (B.C.), Canada, they own or have interests in 13 operating mines, a large metallurgical complex, and several major development projects in the Americas. The client has expertise across a wide range of activities related to exploration, development, mining, and minerals processing, including smelting and refining, health and safety, environmental protection, materials stewardship, recycling, and research.
It should answer questions like: how deep was the explosive loaded? What kind of explosive was that? How long did it take to load? How much did it all cost? How can I project this information to my future drilling and blasting? And so many others! For Front End Engineers, there is a lot of work with maps, graphics, filtering. Back end is on Python. We are working with Product Owner on Customer’s side, but we also have access to end-users to collect requirements and feedback.

YOU ARE
• At least 3-year experienced with Angular 2+
• Demonstrating expertise in Mapbox
• Having practice in Angular-material
• Showing a concept of Flex-layout
• Deeply knowledgeable of WebSockets

YOU WANT TO WORK WITH
• UI development
• UI code reviews
• Unit testing
• Participation in plannings (understanding of stories, estimation)
• Daily status reporting to customers
• Participation in all scrum ceremonies: Daily Scrum, Planning, Refinement, Pre-planning, Retrospective, Demo
• Readiness to conduct sprint demos for the customer
