We are a startup and looking for a Support Specialist, who can build systems from scratch, want to become team lead but like to be very hands on.
We are looking for a Support Specialist to assist our users at Organization.GG collect feedbacks and escalate identified development bugs.
This role for a person who is interested in esports. Our Support Specialist should be able to solve any issue.
- Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate way, via chat, email, ticket system
- Identify customer needs and help customers use specific features
- Update our internal databases with information about technical issues and useful discussions with customers
- Gather customer feedback and reach out to provide assistance
- Managing bug reports, communicating with developers and QA to resolve these issues in a timely manner
- 1+ year of experience as a support specialist
- Multitasking (you will work with different channels of communication)
- Troubleshooting (to solve or escalate issue)
- Stress tolerance
- Excellent knowledge of the English language for communication (in most ways is writing)
