Business Analyst for AI Startup (offline)

Simporter is looking for a Business Analyst with extensive experience in Agile product development to join an international team in Kyiv. We are searching for a talented worker who will be creating user stories, writing technical requirements for new product features, and prioritizing sprint work. This candidate should be ready to be challenged and rewarded.

The company is early-stage but financially stable. Our clients are multiple Fortune 500s companies like Calvin Klein, Danone, and Tommy Hilfiger.

Requirements:

— Strong practical knowledge of BA methodologies and tools (writing functional/non-functional product requirements, use cases, user stories).

— Experience with Agile/SCRUM methodology.

— Knowledge of UI design techniques and experience in using one of the UI mockup tools (Figma, Moqups, smth else).

— Excellent skills in documentation and reports creation.

— Ability to set clear goals and priorities and execute them, modify approach as per changing conditions, circumstances, and feedback.

— Strong knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint.

— Ability to write technical requirements and feature descriptions in English.

— High flexibility, being a self-motivated and well-organized person.

As a plus:

— Experience with YouTrack, Jira.

— Experience in conducting Market research, respondent surveys.

— Work in FMCG Company.

Responsibilities:

— Work with a Product Manager and stakeholders to document the vision of the product and scope of tasks.

— Constructing workflow charts and diagrams, creating user stories and use cases.

— Creating mockups, developing a clear vision of product features and webpages; direct work with a designer to build a user-friendly interface.

— Developing product and functional requirements, maintaining existing documentation, discovering and proposing improvements.

— Analyzing customer feedback to identify customer needs and new product opportunities.

— Conducting competitor analysis.

— Finding new data sources, web tools to integrate; analysis of API documentation.

— Prioritizing sprint work, clarifying requirements related questions, and performing stories acceptance.

— Performing basic manual checks to make sure software updates functional well and are error-free.
