Data scientist (offline)

Необхідні навички
— 3 years of experience in building linear regression models and formulas as well as logistical regression models and clustering/classification models.
— Experience with off-the-shelf auto ML services like AWS Sagemaker, GCP ML, etc.
— Big data/data warehouse schema design and query optimization
— Experience in analyzing big data to understand data segments and cohorts as well as longitudinal trends
— Data engineering and preparation
— Data science lifecycle / IDE (Jupyter notebooks or similar data science IDEs and understands model versioning using)
— Elastic search and MySQL knowledge
— Experience with BI systems
— Experience with visualization, and familiar with A/B Tests

— Interested in real estate and understanding how to learn how to predict trends in real estate and which data is most valuable to the industry
— Pachyderm or a home-grown method of managing model lifecycle

— Analyze and optimize products & activities, and be a part of strategic product decisions
— Explore, analyze and process massive amounts of data, turning it into actionable business insights
— Build and maintain reports, dashboards and metrics, in addition to monitoring the integrity and validity of the data reported
— Conduct analysis of a tremendous amount of internal & external data to find growth & optimization opportunities for the business
— Collaborating with the development team on optimization and automatization of business processes
