We are looking for a Product Analyst - Data analyst in a product IT company

LALAFO is a service that helps millions of people surround themselves with only their favorite things, getting rid of unnecessary items every day.
Lalafo was named the winner of the Noah Startup Competition in Berlin.

Required experience:

Interpreting data for management strategies
Using statistical methods to test hypotheses, speeding up their testing, interpretation
Ability to implement architectural solutions of a database
Experience in ClickHouse, PostgreSQL, Tableau, Google Analytics, Firebase Analytics, R, Python
Knowledge of probability theory, forecasting, clustering

Desire to bring the value to people
Act as an owner - be proactive in solving user problems
Using logic and data in identifying and solving product problems. Ability to reason a proposal
Teamwork, ability to listen other team members
Attention to details

Tasks for the role:

Set up and analyze A / B tests competently
Develop an analytical infrastructure and think about analytics broadly, independently solving product tasks, and not only solving narrow tasks from managers
Look for "growth points" - trying to understand how the most successful users solve their problems in the product in order to provide a convenient way to perform the same tasks for the entire mass of the audience
Analyze the retention rate and engagement rate of the audience, look for ways to improve these metrics
Look for ways to manage the user's life cycle through "aha moment", "habit moment", "setup moment"
Find possible reasons for user leaving (churn rate) and look for ways to raise the retention curve
Help marketers with tracking and analytics
