Requirements:
Experience in sales and/or account management with foreign clients;
Experience in a similar position in IT industry;
Perfect written and spoken English (upper-intermediate at least);
Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
Great interpersonal skills and business ethics;
Understanding of IT outsourcing and software development services and industries;
Ability to multitask and prioritize.
Responsibilities:
Managing the projects with our existing customers;
Regular communication with customers about the collaboration processes, developers productivity, overall customer satisfaction;
Managing customers' expectations;
Developing positive long-term customer relationships;
Handling customers' objections and needs;
Maintaining statistics and partners feedback properly;
Upselling to existing clients, extending the developers teams.
