L3 strong Middle Support Analyst (offline)

Responsibilities
β€’ Process and resolve Production incidents and User Queries (Incidents/ServiceRequests)
β€’ Root cause analysis using UI behavior, Specification Documents and Database Data Analysis as well as server log outputs
β€’ Defect tracking
β€’ Issues Reproducing
β€’ Workaround proposal (technical & logical)
β€’ Communication with technical teams and clients incl. Dev team collaboration on issues resolution
β€’ Knowledge base Articles creation
β€’ Reporting creation
β€’ Future involvement in deployment

Skills
Must have

SQL, SL3, Java

Microservices, Pega, Fabric, Kubernetes
