β’ Process and resolve Production incidents and User Queries (Incidents/ServiceRequests)
β’ Root cause analysis using UI behavior, Specification Documents and Database Data Analysis as well as server log outputs
β’ Defect tracking
β’ Issues Reproducing
β’ Workaround proposal (technical & logical)
β’ Communication with technical teams and clients incl. Dev team collaboration on issues resolution
β’ Knowledge base Articles creation
β’ Reporting creation
β’ Future involvement in deployment
