Sr. React Developer (for US, Canada, Mexican citizens, Green card/L2 holders) (offline)

REQUIREMENTS:
- 5+ years of experience in JavaScript
- 3+ experience with React, Redux/MobX, CSS, TypeScript
- Advanced English

As a plus: experience with Java.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop web site-maps, application models, image, page templates that meet user needs, project goals, industry standards etc.
- Develop and document style guidelines for web-site content
- Establish server directory trees
- Identify, maintain links to and from other web-sites and check links to ensure proper functioning
- Develop or validate test routines and schedules to ensure that test cases mimic external interfaces and address all browser and device types
- Implement code refactoring and optimization methods. Post refactoring and optimization results to the collective knowledge base as the best practices
- Work in pair, communication with team members sharing knowledge and thoughts
- New functionality design, tasks estimating etc.

ABOUT PROJECT
Great health insurance company project. The project contains various projects connected to writing, combining, integration of APIs from clients, clinics, etc. Most of them are built using a microservices architecture. Also using the XP methodology (TDD, pair programming, a lot of communication, frequent releases).
