Part-time UI/UX Designer (offline)

Required skills:
— 3+ years of experience as UI/UX Designer
— Experience in creating user-friendly web-interfaces
— Solid experience in designing mobile applications
— Proficient in design software (e.g. Figma, Photoshop, Sketch, InVision, Balsamiq, Illustrator)
— Problem-solving skills
— Team management experience or strong desire to manage the team
— Spoken and written English skills of Upper-Intermediate or higher ARE REQUIRED.

Responsibilities:
— Producing high usability design solutions
— Designing pixel perfect experiences for mobile, web and wearable platforms
— Making strategic design and user-experience decisions
— Taking design thinking approach, rapidly testing and iterating your designs
— Collaborating with a team of developers
