We expect you to have the following knowledge and experience:
- at least 1 year of experience in IT recruiting
- successful experience in filling vacancies for the development department from a junior up to a team lead position with a vast stack of technologies
- Experience in direct search and headhunting;
- English Upper Intermediate
As a plus:
Technical background
Good understanding of the IT job market.
What will you do:
look for developers with a stack of such technologies as (PHP, Vue.js, Swift, Kotlin etc)
manage an initial interview
help the candidates to adapt during the first working day in the company
create a database of candidates that may be useful for the company
