Our 'content strategy' is to create content that would help us "voice" our company's values and achieve our business goals by meeting our clients' needs.

The ideal candidate should have a strong experience in writing conversion-oriented sales copy and link-building. The ideal candidate should work with marketing backlink-checker tools and launch efficient outreach campaigns to distribute content in business catalogues, forums, Q&A websites, social networks, industry listings etc.

About the position:

1. Write conversion-oriented articles and blog posts and proofread and rewrite the existing content

2. Prepare briefs for external vendors/copywriters

3. Make regular backlink analyses and launch efficient outreach campaigns measure results by means of accurate metrics and report on efficiency. Ensure company’s presence in industry listings, catalogues, directories, arrange memberships and joint ventures with external sites and ‘donors’ to increase high-quality backlinks

4. Repurpose existing content (with an in-house designer) for platforms like Medium, Quora and others; reformat the content (text, video, infographics, images)

5. Ensuring company presence and brand building in industry listings, directories, guest blogging
6. Negotiating the terms with web masters and authors, both paid and organic

7. Initiating discussions in industry forums and group discussions
8. Work with a SEO specialist and optimize texts according to the given guidelines
9. Build an efficient system of content creation and distribution to meet company’s sales needs and increase conversion.
About our candidate:
At least 2-year experience in a similar role, preferably in B2B, writing content for HR, payroll, finance, IT and Telecom industries; strong experience working as an outreach campaigns specialist / journalist / copywriterFluent English is required;

• An experienced manager with systemic approach
• Experience in managing external vendors/copywriters (freelancers)
• Knowledge of basic marketing metrics: CPL, CPC
• Professional knowledge of SEO principles for content (keywords, content relevance)
• Capable of multi-tasking
• Important: capable of deep understanding of a global PEO service; understanding of the main differences from other alternatives, deep knowledge of the key benefits (for different clients based on avatar). Make conversion-oriented copy based on that
• Clear conversion-oriented focus; good at figures and able to use it in conversion-oriented copy to the client. Fast at learning and implementing learnt ideas
• Deep understanding of a marketing funnel/pipeline:
• Understanding of the main principles of link-building; knowledge of key marketing metrics and what they measure plus give examples of proved results of their outreach activities
• Understanding of Google page rank principles and ability to build and outreach strategy based on that
• Knowledge of serpstat/semrush would be ideal
• Experience in launching advertorials and joint ventures with various associations and influencers
