IT Recruiter (offline)

Qualifications:

- 2 years of commercial recruitment experience;
- Knowledge of IT outsourcing market, recruitment practices, and guidelines;
- Experience in direct search and headhunting;
- Good understanding of the recruitment life cycle process (vacancy creating/ candidate profile analyze/ sourcing/pre-screening/interviewing/offer proposition/closing of vacancy);
- Exposure to working with analytics and deep understanding of Recruitment metrics;
- High competence in candidates communication strategies and hiring strategies.


Duties and responsibilities:

- Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media, etc;
- Screen candidates resume and job applications;
- Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule;
- Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience, and aptitudes;
-Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process.
