Project Manager (Scrum Master) (offline)

Duties and Responsibilities:



Pre-Sales:

• Prepare and be able to present best SDLC practices, presentations, demos and other materials in English

• Collect initial client requirements and understand client business needs per request

• Meet with clients to refine and evaluate requirements, strategy and content needs.

• Define business model for the successful client engagement

• Drive and own Project Proposal development



Consulting:

• Manage all aspects of delivery for client relationships

• External and internal consulting in process consulting, project start-up, risk management, overall outsourcing governance

• Oversee each product team’s life cycle from conception to completion, with an emphasis on technical soundness and resource efficiency.

• Define and employ a SMART metrics-based approach so that key KPIs can be measured across people, teams, and clients.

• Enforce and document coding standards, CI/CD processes, QA automation processes, and software development processes and procedures



Requirements
• 8+ years of project/operations management and client facing experience

• Good understanding of Cloud technologies (AWS/Azure)

• Advanced leadership and people management abilities

• Experience in developing proposals and estimates

• Deep knowledge of software development life cycles (SDLC) and software engineering methodologies (heavy processes: Waterfall, UP etc, Agile: Scrum, Kanban, XP etc)

• High analytical skills (ability to analyze & recognize prospect/client needs and find appropriate solutions)

• Strong management/project management skills

• Risk management skills

• Self-management, time management and self-organization skills

• Result orientation and ability to provide results in short term

• English spoken and written — upper-intermediate/advanced level
