Database Administrator (offline)

WHAT YOU SHOULD HAVE:
- At least 3 years of experience in database administration;
- Advanced knowledge of RDS MySQL;
- Knowledge of MariaDB, FireBird, Oracle.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Performance tuning;
- Be part of development process, database architecture and SQL optimizations;
- Help in building performance test system, database part;
- Assume ownership of database related issues; pursue problem resolution and root cause analysis;
- Coordinate interaction with customers in critical database problem situations;
- Participate in periodic readiness testing including testing restores to ensure database backup mechanisms are reliable;
- Maintain Analytics database.
