Skills and Qualifications:
• At least 1 year of experience as an affiliate / account manager;
• Experience in working with webmasters, advertisers, affiliate programs;
• Understand concepts such as CPA, CPL, CPI, CPM, CPC, COD, RevShare
• Basic knowledge of SEO, PPC, e-mail marketing;
• Ability to calculate the effectiveness of the performed actions (KPI);
• Ability to deliver competent technical specifications to programmers and designers;
• Ability to negotiate cooperation with advertising sites and publishers;
• English - fluent (+ upper intermediate);
• Ability to analyze a large amount of information and work with statistical data;
• Understanding the basics of internet marketing;
• Communication skills, multitasking, responsibility, ability to work independently.
Personal qualities:
• Self-motivated
• Oriented to long-term life results
• Knowledge of PHP, HTML/CSS, JS.
Key Responsibilities:
• Searching for publishers/advertisers + their accounting;
• Initiation of new campaign ideas, including incentives and program bonuses;
• Monitoring the digital advertising market, searching for and attracting new partners;
• Developing affiliate marketing strategies that ensure certain sales volumes;
• Providing affiliate marketing reports to advertisers and senior management;
• Ensuring timely and accurate payment of commissions and invoices;
• Negotiation, implementation of technical integration of partners;
• Building long-term relationships with partners, signing contracts;
• Traffic analytics;
• Tracking of timely payment.
