Zoho CRM Engineer (offline)

Requirements:

Understanding and experience with different CRM systems (Zoho, would be good to have);
Experience with systems integrations, APIs, and data flow;
Maintain proper code documentation and use best practices for version controlling.
Experience with any Relative Database and SQL;
Experience with any Linux OS and Command Line Interface;
Knowledge of HTTP;
Experience in data parsing;
Experience in working with Rest API and implementing custom client libraries for different services with available Rest API;
English - Intermediate level.


Will be a plus:

Knowledge of Python or JavaScript (NodeJS) or other popular general purpose programming language.

Responsibilities:

Manage and support CRM system (Zoho CRM);
Manage CRM reporting: create reports on demand, create automatic reports and dashboards;
CRM data actualization;
Manage and support Loyalty program functionality for internal users and clients;
Develop new and support various existing databases;
Manage information in Trialing Databases (planning, data entry, structuring, reporting etc.);
Implement new projects and tools dedicated to automate and improve processes in sales operation;
Prepare and provide reports from the other IS system in scope of responsibility
Implementation and customization of business applications on Zoho;
Data migration to and from different systems into Zoho CRM or other platforms;
Design and build customer-facing CRM portals with reports and dashboards as needed;
Creation of custom tools and scripts to automate various business processes.
