Brand Manager (offline)

What we’re looking for:

Responsible for delivery of PR and Marketing activities, including collateral, content, campaign development and media programming. The Brand Manager focuses on marketing strategies, digital and new media, marketing research, experimental marketing programs, website content and workflows, and brand and intellectual property management. He/She will drive the messaging, style and brand forward with innovative and active approaches.

Roles/Responsibilities:

Ensure articulation of desired brand image and position
Assure consistent communication of image and position through customer journey
Assure communication of image and position to internal and external constituencies
Drive the planning and implementation of brand, communication and media strategies and programs or projects
Ensure all communication and marketing efforts are in line with vision, mission, ambition and brand strategy
Develop, review and approve all marketing strategies, media plans, insertion orders – reconciling invoices and reports against consumed media.
Review and approve the design and production of all print and electronic materials such as website banners, images and content, social media content, display media, etc.
Review and Manage experimental marketing programs designed to enhance and grow the company’s brand
Work with SEO/Organic Search and Marketing Teams to determine best possible ways to implement the agreed upon course of action to establish, grow and maintain organic search placement/visibility.
Direct the efforts of the team
Coordinate at strategic and tactical levels with other functions
Deliver hands on in the area of brand and communication as needed
Manage an effective and motivated team
Recruit, train, appraise, supervise, support, develop and guide personnel

Requirements:

Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (Additional EU languages a plus)
University Degree (Business Studies, Economics, Mathematics, Computing, Etc.) or HNC/HND
5+ Years Experience in Marketing and Brand Management
Experience in Business Analysis a plus
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
Excellent problem-solving skills
Strong communication and organizational skills
