Business analyst/Product Manager (offline)

We are looking for a Product Manager/Business Analyst who will be directly involved in the ideation and development of the company’s and client’s projects.

Requirements:
- 3+ years in Product Management (as a business analyst or product manager).
- Fundamental knowledge of and practical experience with various business analysis knowledge areas, techniques, responsibilities, and activities;
- Experience managing a project backlog, breaking down requirements, writing user stories, and validating customer needs are met
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
- Upper-Intermediate level of English or higher.

Responsibilities:
- Analyze the market and customer needs in the best possible way;
- Elicit business and product objectives with external and internal stakeholders and translate into the solution and implementation requirements;
- Analyze and verify feature requests from the stakeholders, define required changes;
- Decompose and elaborate requirements according to business priorities;
- Prepare technical backlog with developers and take part in sprint planning, support functionality till production;
- Communicate requirements to the development team on the required level of details.
- Writing technical papers (user story, scope, vision, SRS, release notes, user guides, etc.).

Will be plus:
- Understanding of BI, ETL, Data Analytics concepts.
