Trainee Project Manager (offline)

Requirements:
• Upper-Intermediate English level and above
• Finished Рroject Management courses
• Knowledge of Agile practices (Scrum, Kanban)
• Understanding of web/mobile development lifecycle, project planning
• Understanding of software project management concepts and software quality
• Ability to compose project plans, estimates and business proposals
• People management skills
• Good communication skills in general
• Result oriented and self-motivated
• The ability to work in multitasking mode
• The ability to effectively interact with people

Will be a plus:
• Business Analyst knowledge
• Tech background (basic tech knowledge)

Responsibilities:
• Ability to manage and deliver on multiple projects
• Identify tasks from the requirements
• Account management, direct communication with current and prospect clients
• Define and ensure compliance with best practice development methodologies
• Ensure all projects are delivered on time and of high quality
