Skills must have:
— 3+ years of BA professional experience in IT company;
— Turning customer ideas into functional documentation for the development team;
— Ability to conduct a market research to provide product core values, suggestions and new ideas;
— Ability to create product concept from the idea stage;
— Strong communication and presentation skills;
— Strong analytical, problem solving, planning and leadership skills;
— Strong communication and team-playing skills;
— English — Upper-Intermediate level.

Responsibilities:
— Gathering, documenting and managing requirements;
— Analyze needs and present solutions;
— Facilitate stakeholders collaboration;
— Solution feasibility evaluation;
— Drill-down and present business requirements to a development team;
— Tailor design and solution development according to customer needs and business pain points;
— Participate in the pre-sale activity.
